Shipping policy

At Inkmafia, we strive to deliver your tattoo stickers quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Priority

Prepaid orders are processed and shipped on priority.

Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD orders may take slightly longer to dispatch compared to prepaid orders.

 

Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout but it should take around 3-7 days after order is processed.

 Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your order status.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Partial COD Payment

For Partial COD orders, a small amount is collected in advance to confirm the order

The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation or refusal at the time of delivery.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct address, contact details, and any apartment or suite numbers if applicable.

Please Note: If the provided shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipment. We will not be responsible for any delays or undelivered items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipment due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping charges.

 Address Changes

If you notice any errors in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at help@inkmafia.in. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is processed and shipped.

Order Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Inkmafia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier delays or disruptions.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Inkmafia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier for assistance.

International Shipping

Inkmafia currently ships only within INDIA and does not offer international shipping.
