Return Policy

 All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

 We do not offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for change of mind or incorrect orders.

Damaged/Wrong Items

We take extra care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective/wrong item, please contact us at help@inkmafia.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in cases where a damaged item cannot be replaced or you receive a defective product.

In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are issued at our discretion.

By placing an order with Inkmafia, you acknowledge and agree to our no-return and no-refund policy, except for damaged items.

Advance Payment for Partial COD Orders

Orders placed using Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) require a small advance payment.

This advance payment is non-refundable, including in cases of order cancellation, failed delivery, or refusal of the order.
